Bart did a great job, start to finish. He produced a very effective video tour which generated a lot of foot traffic and he hosted 3 open houses. Just sold my rental home thanks to Patty and her organization. Patty managed my rental property for several years . Recently the tenants move out, so I listed the home with Patty and her organization. After a week or two the house was sold. Patty took care of all the details, all the way from having the house spruced up to showing the house to prospective byers. Every detail was covered and completed in a professional manner.
