Patricia helped me purchased my home back in 1999. I was very satisfied with her service. I decided to contact her when it's time to sell the same home. The process was very smooth, she helped resolve a few unexpected issues during my absence because I have to leave town prior to closing. The closing was on time as planned. I would recommend Patricia both as buyer and as seller.

It was such a pleasure to work with Bobbie and Marcie as I purchased my home. As a first-time homebuyer, despite having done extensive research, I still was unsure of what to expect and wanted to make sure I would be heard, not steamrolled or pressured into such a big decision. Bobbie’s warm welcome and genuine hospitality relieved my worries. She clearly explained the various processes, what to expect, and the current condition of the market. Because of her candor, patience, and wealth of knowledge, I knew that I had chosen the right realtor to help me find my dream home. She then introduced me to Marcie, another wonderful and dedicated team member, who toured us in homes that fit our budget and personal style, happily sharing her vast expertise. Marcie pointed out the pros and cons of each unit, accommodated our schedule, and promptly responded to all of our questions. Marcie was consistently helpful and kind which made me feel comfortable to move forward, knowing I was making well-informed decisions. After the first couple of homes we had our eyes on fell through, I began to feel discouraged. However, Bobbie and Marcie’s blend of assertiveness and gentle encouragement provided me the support I needed. Bobbie was instrumental in guiding me through the tough negotiations that ultimately lead to securing a home that was a perfect fit for us. Once our offer was accepted, Bobbie and Marcie also offered referrals for a lawyer, inspector, and mortgage broker, all of whom have also been accommodating and helpful. I feel truly grateful to have found Bobbie and Marcie for this experience. We feel very lucky and blessed as we now enjoy the perfect home they helped us find. I highly recommend Bobbie and Marcie to anyone who is looking for personable, knowledgeable, and conscientious realtors who will put you in a home that exceeds your expectations. I grew up in Edison so the house was in the family for almost 70 years. Even though I hadn’t been living in NJ for a long time, Edison was still my toots. I had moved to the Boston area when my brother became ill and was in long term care so it was time to sell the house. Roberta made it easy for me even though I was far away. She managed the yard maintenance and quickly found a buyer. With my brother & sister both in long term care, Roberts managed a gaggle of attorneys to get the sale done quickly (in about 6 weeks). Couldn’t do it with her help! She’s fantastic!

Bobbie is such a great agent! She was so informative and helpful throughout the whole process of putting the house on the market. Bobbie always made herself available to answer any question at any time of day. It was a huge benefit to work w the mother-daughter duo. I highly recommend Bobbie and her team.
