Marlene is a well-researched and confident agent. My husband and I actually purchased our home in Long Beach through Marlene and also sold the same home a few years later with Marlene. For selling our home, she made recommendations along the way that not only got our home sold quickly, but at our list price after receiving multiple offers! Marlene provided us all the background research to backup her proposed selling price and helped set expectations for the process. She brought in and/or recommended experts for staging, painting, general repairs, termite fumigation, etc. She was super responsive to any and all of our concerns and questions, and even ended up staging our home herself (it was gorgeous!).
