After we interviewed several realtors, including Cary, we retained Cary to assist us. He helped us touch up parts of our home that needed updating & repairs, market our home online and offline. There were at least 100 people showed up on the first weekend when the house went live on the listing. We decided to sell our property in California, but we live out of state. We did an internet search and chose Cary after interviewing 3 real estate brokers. Valerie Cruz works with Cary and had given us a beautifully bound book containing comparables in our area along with sample marketing materials and other pertinent information to sell our home. It was a very impressive presentation and we felt very confident that we would be taken care of. Cary and Valerie did not judge the condition of our house after the tenant moved out. They made it possible to get top dollar for our house with minimal investment in improvements that made maximum impact during showings. They also have relationships with multiple contractors to get improvements done and your property listed right away. Being out of state, the use of FaceTime and other technologies created seamless communication, had us feel included during the improvements/negotiation process , and allowed us to quickly give feedback so adjustments could be made immediately. Valerie was key in expediting communication between ourselves and the contractors. She also quickly emailed any paperwork needing our signatures via DocuSign. Once our house was listed on a Friday, we received multiple offers within 48 hours, accepted a cash offer on that Monday that was $30,000 over our list price and closed escrow 15 days later! We are definitely recommending Cary and his team to our friends and family! If we are looking to buy or sell again in the future, Cary will be our first call!

We had lived in Cypress area for our adult lives and had seen Cary's signs and received calendars and full color advertisements from him on a regular basis for years. When it came time to sell our house of 23 years in Cypress, we called Cary and set up an appointment. Cary and Valerie both came to us for the appointment. They provided us with a full market analysis and their recommendations for listing the house. We decided to sign with them and we were off and running. They brought in a professional photographer to take pictures of the house, including a drone for aerial view. They also printed up beautiful full color folder made available with the sign. We chose to go with appointment only and they did a great job of fielding the calls from other agents, as well as checking in with us re: appointments. We listed on a Wednesday afternoon and by late afternoon on Friday the same week we had a full price offer. Just within the 2 days we had about 7 appointments for agents and their clients to view our home. We accepted the offer with a 30 day escrow. We were fortunate in that the buyers were very qualified. The escrow process went very smooth and we closed on time. We can't say enough about Cary. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided us with great advise. He and Valerie are a fantastic team. They were fully engaged with us from start to finish. We highly recommend them.
