She began by advising me on the value of my home and deciding on a final asking price, based on similar properties in the neighborhood. we reviewed properties that sold in the building to compare. She provided advice for repairs to be done prior to listing. She was helpful in getting contractors to help with these repairs. She was very helpful with understanding the paperwork to fill out and responding to negotiations. She was very helpful with getting the sale finalized.
