We’ve used Joan Chase Swing for all our real estate needs. The first time we used her services I was looking on my own calling listing agents not getting anywhere until I spoke to Joan. She was so upbeat, I said “hey will you be our agent”? After my husband returned from deployment overseas, our timeline was to buy a house within a month. This was back in 2011 when all the investors were swooping up all the houses. After weeks of making offers along with 25 other buyers each time we were outbid, but lucky for us we were first to make an offer on a foreclosed house, and the bank said yes. Joan kept the other agent on her toes, as well as the buyer's banking side, keeping the momentum moving forward.
