Janet knew the properties and was very helpful in pointing out assets and defects as well as possible future difficulties of them. She was also helpful in referring needed services for the property I purchased. Janet was always available and would respond to calls within 8-12 hours. This was difficult since I lived in a time zone with a three hour difference. She is a remarkable professional and I will utilize her services again and refer others to her.

I met Janet through an inquiry that I had about a listing on Zillow. She responded immediately & so our journey together got started. She listened and understood my needs and goals as well as my husband's (who wasn't convinced that we needed to purchase a condo in Sarasota). Janet was never pushy. She made us feel like she was there to help us. Every time I found a listing on Zillow that interested me, she was always willing to schedule a viewing and many times brought us back multiple times to the same properties. Since my husband is still working, she had to schedule around his busy calendar. Janet was very tech savvy. She was always available by email, text, and phone. Lots of times we'd be out and about and would see a place that was for sale and Janet would text immediately for more information. When we finally found "our" place, Janet was connected with all the services that we needed. It was a pleasure doing business with her!!

Chris Kernan provided great advice, kept a sale alive when at risk of losing it. He provided options and negotiated with buyer and their realtor to provide the best outcome for all parties. He demonstrated much experience, having many ideas and suggestions that provided the best advantage. He was honest and forthcoming with information good and bad which was greatly appreciated because I lived out of town. Chris went out of his way to assist because I was out of town and even met someone at the house to pick up an item they bought at the estate sale. He even offered to deliver it to them to help me. He priced the house at the market price to sell. At first I thought it was too little and asked that it be listed a little higher which he did. However, in the end the buyer was not able to get their mortgage because the purchase price was above the market value. Chris suggested allowing a slight discounted price which kept the sale alive and the closing took place with no problems. Chris is highly recommended.
