Above and Beyond

Midge was excellent. She knows Sarasota and Siesta Key well, very responsive by phone, text and email, and coordinated showings for us virtually as we are out of state buyers. She understands the business well and coached us through every step of the process to find a vacation/investment rental property. As we moved through contract to closing, we continued to hear "we love Midge" from industry colleagues. She exceeded my expectations and was a complete joy to work with.
