John helped my husband and I find our home a couple of years ago and also recently helped us sell our home, so we have had the pleasure of working with him on both sides of the real estate transaction. This being our first home buying experience we had a lot of questions and were unsure of what to expect. John was so helpful and reassuring in our home search and through the purchase process, it really made things much easier and helped ease some of our anxiety. He looked at many properties with us and was always available when we had questions or needed guidance. In selling our home he was just as helpful and willing to do whatever was needed. Our situation was a difficult one as we had already moved out of our house but John was willing to go out of his way if needed to go to the house when we were unable to make it for certain events. I would recommend John to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home, you will not regret it.

Brett when above and beyond. He sold my house at top dollar and absorbed over 700 dollars in cancelling contract costs from my previous realtor. Brett doesn't waste time with flattery or senseless conversation. He sold my house the first weekend of showing. If you put your house on the market with Brett be prepared to move quickly.

Larry helped me buy my home in Sarasota 5 years ago and was willing to take me thru home after home giving me all the statistics about the market, area and what he thought the future would hold in each area we looked at. nafter i decided to sell the home in Sarasota and move to Tampa i was not sure if Larry was able to sell me something in Tampa but Larry new that market just like he did Sarasota. He did him homework and responded to each question and concern I had. nWe gave him the listing in Sarasota and he sold our home for a record price in the subdivision and helped get us a great price on the new townhome. Larry has not only been a realtor but also has become a great friend. I would also like to add that his wife Ann is just a delight to be around also. THANKS Larry Next move is the nursing home :) HAHA
