My husband and I sold our home before it was on the market. Lily had a buyer in mind once I had contacted her. Lily knew the neighborhood well and was able to help the out of town buyers with the process smoothly. We as sellers were not full time residents, but the process was smooth on our end as well. Lily kept us up to date with all appointments the buyers needed to schedule. I would highly recommend Lily, as she is professional and hard working.

We were in town and leaving for Ohio the next day and Holly made arrangements to come out and show us the home last minute. She allowed us to take our time and told us everything we needed to know about the park...we told her we wanted to purchase it and she took care of everything. She even cleaned out the fridge before I moved in. I feel we have a lifetime friend now 😊
