We were out of town purchasers and this takes a bit more finesse to get a deal completed. Lily was very good in all communications, always answered or our calls, texts, & emails which meant a lot to us. Face timed the items we needed to see, met us multiple times at the property, and followed up on issues. Most agents can get a straight forward deal completed and this purchase had multiple issues with the house going through probate, the roof out of date, house in rough condition, buyer and seller both out of town, etc., and Lily stayed on it and got us through to closing. Lily was always friendly and knowledgeable. She explained what was needed and the terminology on the paperwork. She worked well with the buyers also.
