I have been looking at Pat's smiling face on my refrigerator for more than ten years. 13 or so years ago my wife and I where living in north GA. We had been looking into moving to Sarasota, as my father was aging and I was born and raised there. We came across a listing for one of Pat's properties, and requested more information. Pat reached out promptly and asked not only what we were looking for but asked questions to get to know who we were as people. She said she would keep an eye out for what we wanted and would send us occasional relevant listings, (for 5 years) until we were ready. During all that time she sent calendars every year, which brings us to the smiling face. We moved to Sarasota before we had found a property, and lived with my parents. All the while Pat was working to find what we wanted. She would send links, we would send her links. We drove all over two counties until one wonderful morning, she told us about a house that was going on the market that morning and she had a good feeling that this was what we had been waiting for. My wife and I rounded the corner and before we even stepped inside we knew this was it. We were bidding against cash offers and we were going FHA, but to despite the odds she talked us through the negotiations and at the end of the day we had a house we loved. We lived 7 happy years in that house it was a perfect fit, and when it was time to sell, Pat who was still sending her smiling face was the obvious choice for selling. As it would happen I had a Mobile home that needed to be sold at the same time. Pat agreed to take on both. Long story short, she sold both properties well above what we had initially anticipated, and once again walked us through every step, with her incredible knowledge and her warm, if not slightly coarse wonderful sense of humor. Final words if you want someone who goes above and beyond, Pat is your Lady with a capitol L! And to Pat keep sending those calendars!
