Before choosing a real estate agent, I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Sampson Alliance Team stood out as the best Bradenton has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings on his site easily), their social media presence was strong, they even mailed out monthly newsletters to home owners and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. Nicole & Christine spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were out of town purchasers and this takes a bit more finesse to get a deal completed. Lily was very good in all communications, always answered or our calls, texts, & emails which meant a lot to us. Face timed the items we needed to see, met us multiple times at the property, and followed up on issues. Most agents can get a straight forward deal completed and this purchase had multiple issues with the house going through probate, the roof out of date, house in rough condition, buyer and seller both out of town, etc., and Lily stayed on it and got us through to closing. Go with Lily and leave it to her.
