This was not our first sale with Nicole. She had sold the townhouse to us in 2019. So when we decided to sell and get something larger she was definitely the one we reached out to for her expertise. I have a lot of experience working with real estate agents. I love working with Dennis & Terri Kostaska for several reasons, I can not say enough of good thing about them; *They are very knowledge about real estate and always available to answer all my questions. If I had questions in regards to something else, not related to real state ( like mortgage , inspections etc ) they were always willing to try to assist me if possible. *They care about their customers !! I moved from other state to FL, so shopping for a new home was not easy for me, but Terri and Dennis made sure I looked around until I found the prefect place for me. They also help me to do an amazing negotiation with the seller. * I was not able to be present in FL at closing , so Dennis made a really nice video for me for the final walk through of my new home. *After closing they still checking on me to make sure everything is fine. Met Lynn at a new community sales office appeared as someone my wife and I could work with. Fast forward several months we reconnected although we made decision to seek out a resale. Called to pick her brain when she informed having changed focus and she was out of New Sales. Perfect timing as we described our must haves and Lynn counseled us on pros and cons. She also described insight into various neighborhoods as she had first hand knowledge residing in the area. As properties came to market that fit our desires she would email us info about each. As time marched on we felt more educated on the buying process. Once we landed on the perfect home and contract was accepted Lynn and her assistant led us through all the steps assuring each element was addressed for inspection to closing and all pieces in between. Lynn was never pushy and only gave us solid guidance which was important being out of state. At the end not only did we feel Lynn was a business partner but served as an advocate and struck up a friendship. Lynn is a wealth of knowledge and I am brokering her contact information to anyone looking for a talented real estate agent.
