Very quick
Ali was available the day we called her to go look at a place. I was only in town for a few days as I live in Buffalo, NY so I needed to see as many places as I could in a short amount of time. Ali had the key and met me at what is now MY town house that day. I ended up purchasing and closing within weeks! Couldnt be happier as now its 10 degrees in NY. Florida here I come ! Thanks Ali !

We have known Jim for over twenty years. Jim is an excellent real estate agent having dealt with Jim several times over the last several years. Highly recommend Jim to handle your real estate needs due to his knowledge and caring attitude. He was always on top of what needed to be done during each step of the process. This was very overwhelming for our family since this most recent business was from the result of a real estate inheritance. Everything was handled smoothly and very timely by Jim and his entire team. First, Greg negotiated an almost unnegotiable...
First, Greg negotiated an almost unnegotiable deal, just to save me as much money as possible. Then we dealt with a difficult and unresponsive corporate seller. THEN we had a heck of a time with a terrible title company. Greg was my advocate and sounding board the whole time. He went above and beyond his duties and took the deal personally. He was always available, responsive and dependable. Greg treated me as if we were longtime friends or family. I have a feeling Greg treats all of his clients that way. Highest recommendation for Greg.

Greg is a great guy and has helped me purchase my last 2 homes. The housing market was pretty crazy this last time around, but his efforts paid off and he helped me find a home in my desired neighborhood. He was quick to respond to all my questions and set aside time to visit multiple homes in an area. He is very professional, honest and provided great insight on a rapidly changing market. Very dedicated and awesome realtor
Angela is a detail oriented realtor and she really works hard for her client. She went above and beyond her job to help me find my new house and she tried very hard to make sure I will be happy with my house purchase. She followed up and kept me updated in every step of the way. I was an out of state buyer so Angela spent a whole day to take me around to check out other properties even we had already made a decision and made offer for our house. We flew to Florida on a red eye flight and Angela bought us food, water and other necessities so we have something to use while waiting for our moving pods to arrive. I cannot say enough good things about Angela and her great personality, but I what I can say is that she will be my realtor for my investment properties and I will refer her to all my family and friends when they want to buy a house in Florida.

We had an excellent experience with Jim selling our long term home for over asking price. Even though the house is in Clearwater and outside of Jim’s normal area, he was helpful, respectful, organized, responsive, reassuring and extremely professional. He was available whenever we needed him but also anticipated any questions we had. I really can’t say enough good things about working with Jim!
