When he was notified in the middle of the night about an online scam involving our house, he had a plan in place by morning and called me first thing. Jim sold our house in a just a few days for above our asking price. Because we had already moved away, Jim regularly drove from Tampa to Clearwater to check on the house, even after it was under contract. The process was entirely stress-free, and we could not be more satisfied. In addition to being an exceptional realtor, Jim is a gracious and kind person whom we readily and highly recommend.
