I highly recommend Simoné! She’s not only an excellent real estate agent, but she also handles stress with grace. I’m not always easy to deal with when I’m stressed, but Simoné handled it with ease and helped me relax. We used her when we bought our home and again when we sold it. When we were buying, we were in a tight spot with limited funds and a ticking clock, but Simoné managed to get us into the perfect home in less than two months! When we were selling, she priced our home higher than we expected and was able to get every penny we deserved. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone!

Sue has been my Agent of choice for a long time. She has excellent knowledge about local market and is very competent as an Agent. She always works in the best interest of her clients. That's why I always go to her for all my real-estate needs. This property had some challenges due to old age and some structural issues.
