Monica worked very hard to ensure all preliminary work was completed for the home purchase.
Monica was very helpful and professional in dealing with all challenges related to the home purchase process. She established a great rapport with me and the other multiple parties involved for the purchase. She put in several extra efforts to ensure contractors had access to the home ahead of time to complete their work before the closing date. She allowed the buyer the flexibility to do what was needed to ensure the home was in good condition for the lender to support providing a loan. Excellent work!
