Mary is an amazing realtor. We used her for both the purchase and sale of our new and old home. She listened to what we were looking for and kept us apprised of open houses that met our every need. When we moved forward with an offer, she ensured that we set ourselves apart from the other offers as well as have advice on a strong price point. She was with us every step of the way. On the sale of our old house, she managed the renovation project from start to finish to prepare the house for sale. Liz and ted did a great job of selling my parents family home, from the beginning Liz passed out a calendar of events that would take place on a specific day and time that was very insuring to our family. Although my parents home was tidy they had lived here for 60 years so there was a long punch list of items that Ted and Liz worked tirelessly on. Besides getting the home ready for market , there was the emotional part of selling your parents home . I honestly cannot recommend Simon Kiang highly enough. He is reliable, well connected and highly professional. He was very capable of managing every aspect of the stressful remodel and sale of my father’s home in South San Jose. As I don’t live in California, I relied heavily on Simon to recommend and manage all contractors and service providers. He worked closely with me and my family to identify and implement all repairs and necessary remodeling to prepare the house for sale. He was always available to help us, night or day, with any problem that arose. He personally oversaw the staging, marketing and showing of the home. Because of Simon’s excellent knowledge of the current market he was very successful in pricing and negotiating a sales price, on our behalf, that exceeded our expectations. The preparation and sale of this house was emotionally stressful for me and my family and Simon’s steady, confident and upbeat personality helped guide us through this difficult time. He also had the patience and skill to effectively communicate with our elderly father.
