In 2016 we relocated from NY to CA and needed a real estate agent to help us navigate finding a home for our family in a new state. Jan was recommended to us by a family friend who used to live in the Tracy area. We had reached out to a few other agents closer to where we were looking before getting Jan's information and were feeling let down since we were not getting timely responses. Jan was always quick to get back to us and spent time getting to know what we needed. We only had a short weekend to find something and Jan was very helpful in bringing us to many different places. Once we made an offer, Jan handled everything for us since we were back in NY and did not arrive in CA until after closing. She was at the property for the inspection, walk through, and even got our locks changed for us so everything was ready when we arrived. We have been out here for almost 4 years now and Jan still checks in on us to see how we like CA (we love it!) and how we are all doing. Moving across the country with two small children can be a very daunting experience and Jan's calm, yet take-charge demeanor made everything easier. The seller's real estate agent and the title company both commented about how lucky we were to have her in our corner. We whole heartedly agree.

We worked closely with Anita over the last few months. I was referred to Anita by our ex coworker and good friend. Anita is by far the best realtor I have worked with. Right from the beginning of the process, Anita was very professional and was available to answer my questions. Anita was always punctual, understood our needs very clearly and sent listings that were tailor made instead of generic filter searches usually sent by realtors. She went above and beyond in doing the calculations for me and prioritizing properties based on our interest. In addition to that Anita is extremely familiar with the Bay area. This was our second time working with Sylvana. In 2014, Sylvana helped us with our house purchase, and this year she helped us sell as we were in the process of moving out of state. For both the purchase and sell, Sylvana was outstanding. She is very knowledgeable and thorough, and she is communicates with you effectively throughout the process. I was thoroughly impressed with Sylvana’s marketing strategies and her advise while selling. It was particularly chaotic with the out of state move, but Sylvana definitely helped minimize the stress associated with selling. Vikki is a very enthusiastic agent who is very knowledgeable and experienced. She listens to her clients needs and sincerely cares about her clients. She makes herself available by phone, text or in person. She met with me and my contractor plus other people so I could start to fix the house after closing.
