We lived in a custom home on acreage property and consequently more difficult to sell than a tract home in a subdivision. We interviewed quite a number of Agents before contracting with Ruhi. Prior to Ruhi three or four of the agents ONLY had price as a sales tool. If the home did not have two or three offers in the initial two week listing, other agents (I worked with) firmly believed that the home was over priced and lowering price was the recommended solution.
