Pete and his team are the best at what they do. We appreciate all of their collective efforts to make our transaction in Pleasant Hill smooth and easy. Our needs were met with ongoing scheduling from THEM with every detail. Inspections, Loans, Contractors, Decorators and great advice throughout the process. While we moved and we’re working full time, Pete and Leslie made all the arrangements for us. In one word “Seamless !! “ transaction.. Thanks-Jon and Susan

Sylvana has been great to work with during the sell and buy of our homes. She is on top of everything from start to finish. We were able to sell and buy our new home within 2 months all thanks to her efforts in getting our offers together. She really takes the time to walk you through the next steps and continuously keeps you updated on whats going on in our home sell and home buying process. She also has a large network of referrals and each person we've been referred to so far has been great to work with too. Thank you for helping us land our new home.

Thank you for leaving us with such a good experience each time.

Jan is an extraordinary real estate agent She was exceptional in every way from always being on time to patiently explaining every step of the process to answering all my questions She knew her stuff inside out and taught me so much as l had never sold a house before She was professional , considerate and kind. She was consistently available for any questions I had. I wanted to sell the house fast and get a good price and that is exactly what happened. I feel very fortunate that I had her and also she was very compassionate about the death of my spouse and why I was selling my home. Also she was extremely knowledgeable about any questions I had I am highly recommending her to my friends!

We were introduced to Loc socially by family who have lived in Roosmoor for eight years. Although we’ve worked with at least ten brokers back East, Loc’s professionalism, patience, and tenacity, helped us find our dream home. Loc really listens to her clients. She understands the needs of each individual and has the inside scoop of the entire, sprawling complex. We have never met such a dedicated, smart, and humorous broker like Loc Barnes.

My experience working with Karen was excellent. I decided to sell my home during a real estate downturn, and while experiencing other major stressors in my personal life. On so many levels, Karen went far above and beyond to prepare my house for listing, helped me to set realistic pricing expectations, explained the process to me with tremendous patience and professionalism and, since I was out of town during the process, she kept me updated every step of the way. I would recommend Karen highly to anyone considering buying or selling a home!

Working with Karen was terrific. Her advice was invaluable. She was a calming presence during a tense time. We appreciated all her hard work and good advice as we sold our condo. We definitely recommend Karen. You will not be sorry to have her in your corner.

Karen was the perfect choice for our home sale. She expertly read the market, priced our property perfectly, and advised just the right amount of updating and repair. We received 26 offers in about a week, and sold our home for 18 percent over asking. Her expertise, 24/7 availability, and personal touch helped us sell in a difficult market and left us feeling good about both the process and the results. I have a feeling that the buyers were probably just as happy as we were: Karen's integrity, professionalism, and timely communications helped make it all possible, even with a short closing period.

I've know Pete for almost 2 decades, but only recently had need of his services. Pete and his team performed superbly in our purchase of a home in Pleasant Hill. The transaction went smoothly, which was a colossal feat considering there were 8 offers in contention for this beautifully renovated home. The transaction closed with a super fast 3-week escrow, which could have been havoc but instead was relatively calm thanks to Pete's careful oversight of the process. What I value most about Pete is his deep insights into the real estate market, along with his lifelong integrity, honesty and diligence. I know dozens of realtors but Pete stands out tallest among them. I highly recommend him!

Ruhi is a very good agent. She has lots of experience and is knowledgeable about the market. Ruhi is attentive and makes sure her clients get what they want. She is frank to point out reality vs expectations. Once she knows what you are looking for, she remembers and reminds us if we go off track. She has her client’s best interests.

Sylvana was our guardian angel. As first time home buyers we were very unfamiliar with the process, had tons of questions and often felt a little overwhelmed. Sylvana was very patient with us and helped us out every step of the way, from advising us on homes we were interested in, to scheduling tours and inspections and eventually closing. She's extremely responsive, highly knowledgeable and is an absolute pleasure to work with. We couldn't have had a better experience! If we decide to sell or buy again in the bay area Sylvana will be the first person we'll call.
