Jan was not only an outstanding real estate agent but she is also an incredible person. She was highly recommended by a friend and I was fortunate to have someone who really listened and never rushed me. This was the first time I had ever sold a home and I learned so much from Jan. My partner had passed away and Jan was sensitive to the fact that I was grieving and trying to sell a house at the same time. She was professional, compassionate and competent throughout the whole process. She thoroughly answered all my questions and was always honest and straight forward about what we were faced within the housing market. She was the first person I had interviewed and after talking with her I knew she was right for me. She was always on time for every appointment we had. Jan was completely available whenever I needed to talk and if she didn’t answer right away she would promptly call me back. Jan did every thing she could to help me and I believe having someone like her helped me heal faster from my loss. There wasn’t a question she couldn’t answer. She really knows her stuff and often went out of the way to help me when I was worried or concerned about something. I learned alot from Jan and explicitly trusted her.
