Kevin was very knowledgeable about helping us prepare our home for sale which was long awaited. He gave us recommendations on what was needed to make the sale. He also removed from the property a piece of furniture that the buyer did not want, which was hard work on Kevin's part and much appreciated. Unfortunately, the price of the home was slightly high, and after adjustment it sold fairly quickly. We are happy that the process went smoothly, and the move is complete.
