Practical, reasonable, and best of all, knowledgeable; Mike's critical eye saved us from a few disastrous homes that looked good at a glance. A good communicator, he kept in touch and got us answers to questions quickly; sometimes even during the same house visit. I had moved out of state, so was very dependent on Mike to not only find the appropriate people to fix whatever needed to be corrected, but to arrange for meetings to be present when a tradesman showed up to do the work. Mike also is exceedinglh easy to deal with and kept in touch with me any time an issue came up.
