When I first sat down and talked with Kathy, I felt like I was in good hands right from the start. She was always on top of her game with fast responses and answering all of the questions I had. Although we hit a rough patch in the process of selling our home, Kathy went above and beyond and kept the deal going for selling our home and we got the best deal we could've asked for! Overall Kathy is very professional, communicative, and very determined. I would highly recommend Kathy for choosing her as your agent!
Kathy is a very tenuous individual. She follows thru on all. From looking to closing she is their. She answers anytime you call and if she is busy or on the phone she does call you back. She e-mails and helps you find things when you aren’t sure where to go. She is a great agent from start to finish and even when you are moved in she follows up with you. Very thorough.
Kathy was very professional and offered us excellent advise on what needed to be done in order to get maximum dollars for selling our home. She was also very flexible in arranging her schedule to accommodate my schedule and my spouse's schedule as well.
