Raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Lane was quite literally born into the business of real estate. Lane’s father is a tenured agent in Kansas City and growing up, her mother was as well. Her parents had a passion together for renovation and Lane spent many years learning the industry through them. Lane has lived through many renovations herself and has an eye for potential that is deeply ingrained in her character. In a way, Lane was destined to honor her parents’ legacy in real estate and wasted no time doing so.
Lane graduated with a degree in Marketing & Communications with a minor in Art History from the University of Missouri Kansas City. Her education compliments her natural talent in sales with her keen eye for art and design. Although Lane is one of New Orleans’ newer residents, she was instantly captivated by the city’s vibrant culture and beautiful architecture and wasted no time in immersing herself into the community. The beauty and rich history of the New Orleans’ real estate market is a perfect fit for Lane’s dynamic personality. Stephanie earned a Master's Degree in Public Administration from VCU in Richmond, VA and her a BA in Communications, Law, Economics, and Government from American University in Washington, DC. She enjoys volunteering in the community and New Orleans history. She and her family raise chickens, have two dogs, a cat and her parent's own a small equestrian center/stable.

Joey Walker is knowledgeable, professional and above all, nice.
Joey Walker was extraordinary throughout the process of buying a new home. He was able to guide me through the details including what to offer, how to respond to the inspection report, and what to expect at the closing. His communication style was to give me the information I needed in a way I could understand and make decisions. He was calm and reassuring throughout the process. Not only is he extremely knowledgable about the real estate market but he provides a level of service that sets him apart in a crowded field of agents. And even though he might just be the busiest agent in New Orleans, I felt like I was his only client.
