Beating the odds and making it easy

Logan was an excellent partner in selling my home. He was very thoughtful in the pricing and set expectations well for how we would proceed with price cuts if needed. The house sold at very close to listing price and was only on the market for a few days before we accepted the first offer. I was out of town so Logan helped manage tenants in the home and lots of additional issues during the period between offer and closing. He was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable. I’d highly recommend him to anyone in need of a realtor in the area.
