When I bought my first home 15 years ago, Lance was the real estate agent who guided me through one of the biggest decisions of my life. Little did I know then that I had found an agent I would continue to trust all these years later! Since that first purchase, Lance has consistently been the person I would choose for my real estate needs. His professionalism, knowledge, responsiveness, honesty, and genuine commitment to his clients truly set him apart. I wholeheartedly recommend Lance to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want an agent you can trust, who knows the business and truly cares about his clients, Lance is your guy! 🙌🏡 Thank you, Lance, for being there from my very first home purchase and continuing to be the agent I would choose again and again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

He was responsive and communicative throughout the entire process. He took a set of exceptional photos that perfectly showcased the condo's details and wasted no time getting our property listed on the market.

We were a bit leery of working with a realtor long distance, being 360 miles away. Lance listened to all of our wishes regarding location, square footage, indoor and outdoor living spaces, style, etc… He was most thorough and communicated throughout the process. Working with Lance has been a delightful experience, and we will continue to refer anyone who even mentions New Orleans to him.
