I was incredibly overwhelmed with the task of figuring out where to land after selling my NYC apartment. I needed an area that would allow for a new life, while still being commutable to NY all while being close enough to family and friends. Oh, and I should add that I had preconceived notions about what my life would look like in NJ before Mark showed me what each town had to offer (that’s not a dig to this lovely state, I’m just a born and bred NYer). Mark has the patience of a saint and that’s not even his best quality. He is incredibly well versed in many areas of the state and can speak to each of the pros and cons of what they offered in relation to MY needs. There was NEVER a “no” when I had the hair-brained notion of checking out a new town that didn’t check my own boxes… instead, Mark was always the first to say we should see it.
