They offered constant direction through every step, which led to the traffic needed to sell the home quickly. In the end, I never had to worry about the details, as they were handled by Mark and his team. When questions came up, they communicated timely and clearly. Nick was instrumental in helping me purchase my first home from the beginning to the closing date. Once I expressed interest in a property, Nick would send me info without being prompted (e.g. when the furnace and windows were replaced). He would offer multiple referrals (loan officer, home inspector) to get me started. I ended up choosing one of his referrals after doing my own research. Despite internet saying you should not trust referrals from a real estate agent, my experience with Nick has been excellent. I started the home purchasing process with zero prior knowledge and Nick patiently educated me every step of the way. From what to look for (water damage, window condensation) to the lifespan of appliances, I learned a lot working with him. Cannot recommend enough.
