Nick Trubilla was truly exceptional throughout our entire home buying and selling experience. From the very beginning, he went above and beyond what we could have ever expected from a real estate agent. He was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly for our family. What stood out the most was how willing Nick was to help with absolutely anything we needed. During our inspection, he even offered to walk our dogs. Nick also went the extra mile when it came to getting our house ready for the open house. He arranged for someone to come to our home and give us helpful tips and recommendations on how to present the house in the best possible way. He helped get everything set up and made the entire process feel much less overwhelming. He was also incredibly helpful navigating all of the township requirements, permits, inspections, and paperwork. He stayed on top of everything, made sure we knew what was needed, and constantly checked in to make sure we were on track. As we got closer to closing, Nick made sure every detail was handled so we could close on time. Buying and selling a home at the same time is stressful, but having Nick by our side made the process so much easier. He was always willing to answer a question, jump in to help, or do something that went far beyond what was expected of him. At the end of the day, we’ll remember Nick as more than just the realtor who helped us buy and sell our home. He was someone we could count on during a very busy and stressful time for our family. From helping with our dogs and entertaining our son to making sure we crossed every finish-line detail, he was there for us every step of the way. We’re truly grateful for everything he did and would absolutely recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to have in our corner.

What can I say about Nick that has not already been said. Nick is very helpful and it's very apparent that he takes his job seriously , does his research and really understands the workings of different homes and can lend guidance to prospective home buyers on things they should look out for, resources that they may be able to to get, even down to helping test the fire pit in my case. Even my family noted how helpful he was and that he seemed like a great agent just based on the limited time they spent with him during our home inspection. This home buying process has been overwhelming but not difficult with the help and support of Nick and his team and for that I'm thankful.

I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Working with Nick on our recent home purchase was a pleasure and we would gladly work with him again. Prior to working with Nick, we had briefly worked with a few real estate agents who didn't really put in much effort and made us feel pressured to make an offer on homes we were unsure about. It honestly felt like they didn't contribute much and just wanted a commission. Working with Nick we had the exact opposite experience. He started out by asking us about our needs and goals so that he could understand what we were looking for in a home. He also explained the whole process upfront so that we would know what to expect. As we proceeded he continued to keep us informed about everything we needed to know at each step. He is extremely knowledgeable about homes and always had insightful comments during the walkthroughs. Due to our specific needs and the extreme sellers market, it took us a year to find the right home, but Nick never rushed us or pressured us to make an offer. He even suggested several times that we pass on homes that weren't a good fit or a good value. I believe he genuinely cares about his clients and wants them to find the right home. When we found the home we wanted, he helped us make a competitive offer without overpaying - in fact, our offer was accepted despite not being the highest offer. He had helpful recommendations for a lender, attorney, and inspectors to keep the process moving and make sure we were able to close on time. At closing, he was able to quickly resolve an issue that came up at the final walkthrough, and he even went above and beyond by helping remove some oversized stuff the sellers left on the property. On a personal level, Nick is friendly and easy to talk to, making him enjoyable to work with. We highly recommend Nick, and we will definitely recommend him to any friends who may be looking to buy or sell a home.
