Mark J was a pleasure to work with. He is very knowledgeable, very responsive and very calm throughout the craziness of our move. We couldn't have done it without him. He was always available either by phone or text. As most homeowners do, we had expected a higher final selling price but in the end the price was acceptable.

Mark sold our house in very slow season - listed before Thanksgiving. He and his team is professional, diligent and patient. We left the house in his hands with unneeded furniture when moved out of state after accepting the buyer’s offer. He handled everything from getting a handyman to removing left furniture himself. It was stress free sale. I would hire him and his team again!
