Our experience with Mark was amazing. He has a great deal of experience with the real estate market in our town and the surrounding area. The advice he gave us about what was and wasn't worth improving on the house prior to listing turned out to be very good, and we ended up getting significantly more for the house than we originally expected, enough to cover his commission and the improvement costs several times over.
