Mark was very professional and was very knowledgeable about the current market. He responded to our emails promptly and was very patient with us. He would comment on the flaws of some of the houses we saw, but doesn’t try to persuade you not to pursue the house. I would highly recommend him.

You turn to Mark Jiorle. Correction, you should run to Mark because in this market, things are still selling really fast. How do I know? Because I not only did it, but I did it under budget! I was incredibly overwhelmed with the task of figuring out where to land after selling my NYC apartment. I needed an area that would allow for a new life, while still being commutable to NY all while being close enough to family and friends. Oh, and I should add that I had preconceived notions about what my life would look like in NJ before Mark showed me what each town had to offer (that’s not a dig to this lovely state, I’m just a born and bred NYer). Mark has the patience of a saint and that’s not even his best quality. He is incredibly well versed in many areas of the state and can speak to each of the pros and cons of what they offered in relation to MY needs. The biggest take-away here should be that Mark has that unicorn-like quality to not just listen, but translate the information into results that are perfectly suited to his clients’ needs! He was incredibly patient and always available. There was NEVER a “no” when I had the hair-brained notion of checking out a new town that didn’t check my own boxes… instead, Mark was always the first to say we should see it. I was quite literally all over the map, but with Mark guiding me and helping me hone in on my needs, hopes, and even my pipe dreams I found THE home. I can’t thank Mark enough for all his hard work and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home!
