As a buyer agent, Mark asked critical questions to what our needs and wants were, leading him to provide us with properties to view that would meet or exceed our expectations. He did not waste our time by suggesting properties he knew we would not be interested in. This is one of his best attributes as we are all busy and do not need to spend time and effort needlessly. For both the sale and purchase, Mark was instrumental is explaining the closing process, which we were not familiar with. While a times it seemed overwhelming - the paperwork, the terminology, the figures, time deadlines, etc - Mark was there to keep us on track.
