Our experience with Mark was amazing. He has a great deal of experience with the real estate market in our town and the surrounding area. His predictions about how the market would respond to our listing were quite accurate. The advice he gave us about what was and wasn't worth improving on the house prior to listing turned out to be very good, and we ended up getting significantly more for the house than we originally expected, enough to cover his commission and the improvement costs several times over. The service provided by Mark and his entire office, including Nick and Marla, was exceptional. They are very professional, and also quick to provide assistance. They made calls and queries that we could have been expected to make when they knew that they could do it faster. They provide lots of advice about deadlines to prepare for, and are very communicative about what should be done and why. As a rule, we prefer to do things "by the book", not just legally, but ethically as well. Mark and his team were a very good fit for us in this regard.
