Clayton was great to work with. His personality put me at ease from the moment that first door opened on a prospective home. As a novice, Clayton was there to point out all the little things and all the big things to look out for. Not one to press his personal opinions on what I would ultimately commit to, he was there to give me his knowledge and and expertise. I remember him telling me to never be shy; if I didn't like a home, we could stop the tour right then and there and go to the next. As we looked at houses and I got more comfortable, I did just that. After losing a house, at no one's fault, we began the search again, And then we found THE house... It was so easy to see the excitement Clayton had for me and my family to finally find the right place for us. Once things began moving, they MOVED, with Clayton push push pushing us along the way. I would definitely look to use Clayton's services again. He made an equally nervous and exciting time all the better. Shannon was amazing! She must have showed 25 houses or more to us and never showed any frustration when none of them were right for us. Then, after over a month from the last time she showed us a particular home, she didn't act appalled when we asked to see the same house for a second time! She went out of her way on every home that we looked at to tell us the truth...not just what would get her a sale, but the actual faults of each home. We came to trust her judgment and appreciated her expertise and knowledge. When the selling agent was less than cooperative, she had a one on one with him and was tough as nails for us! I would highly recommend Shannon to anyone looking to purchase a home. I just can't say enough great things about her! You won't be disappointed!

We worked with Shannon to find a home in a rather large search area, and we could not be happier with the hard work she did to help us. We do not have a lot of experience with home buying, and Shannon was an incredibly valuable resource to have. Shannon understood every aspect of the home buying experience, and helped guide us through it. She has a vast knowledge of the real estate market, but also understands the structure of the homes she shows. Quite often while touring homes, Shannon would point out things that we had not noticed, whether positive or negative. We always felt we left the tours with an understanding of when we might have to think about replacing or repairing certain components of the home. She also shared knowledge of the various cities and towns that we looked at (and there were many!), and had useful information on important issues such as local taxes and water. Our search took a few months, as we were looking during a very difficult housing market for buyers. Shannon never pressured us, or tried to point us in any direction. As we learned what our priorities were, she learned with us, and adapted accordingly. When we came down with Covid during the process, she kept lines of communication open, and kept working for us during that time. Even when she had to take a few days off herself, she provided another agent to help us look at homes, and her staff continued to be available to us, so we never missed a beat. Shannon walked us through the process of making an offer, negotiating details of the deal, working with mortgage companies, and closing on our new home. She was always thinking several steps ahead of us. Even after closing, she continues to be a resource, helping us with advice and contacts for work we want to do on the home. If you are looking for someone to represent and work with you in a real estate transaction, you cannot do better than Shannon Jones!
