I sought out another realtor who I personally knew. Due to unforeseen circumstances with my realtor, she connected me with Beth. Beth was extremely nice. She helped us through every step, was quick to respond, and guided us in understanding what everything meant. This was the first house we have sold. Beth also kept us on our toes while we were moving out in order to get it listed ASAP. This was a very good thing and I appreciated her for doing this. Overall the process went very smoothly and I highly recommend Beth to anyone who is looking for a nice, hardworking, trustworthy relator! She is truly an awesome person and knows the market very well.
