Deb had helped us buy our first house, and then our second house a few years later. (She even walked us through the process of renting out our first house!) She let us walk through our top picks, and then Showed us hers, Hers were way better. She knows what to look for in houses, potential problems and cheapskate fixes from unscrupulous flippers. Wouldn’t let us move into a bad neighborhood, She’s kinda like our mom. When a contractor took some important pieces of our ac system (just before closing) she worked with the seller to get us what we paid for.
