Looking for a house in 2023 is super stressful in this crazy market! Clayton and his team showed my husband and I over 40+ houses and it sometimes felt so hopeless. Clayton was always there to reassure us that the perfect house will come - and it eventually did! He offered advice, but never pressured us to do anything we weren’t comfortable with and we loved that about him! He answered every question we had about different homes/features and if he didn’t know the answer - he found it for us! Rocket Mortgage matched us with Clayton, and prior to meeting him I was a little apprehensive because rocket is such a big company, but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us! The photos, marketing, and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. After Clayton’s initial walkthrough to offer staging advice (that we listened to!!) our house sold within days of it being on the market and had multiple offers the first day! He never made us feel like our questions or concerns weren’t important and always had or found an answer for us! He explained each offer to us and helped us weigh pros and cons of each offer, but never put any pressure on us. The entire process was so easy and we cannot recommend Clayton enough to anyone looking to sell their home!!
