Deb was an outstanding agent and neighbor. I can't thank her enough for all the hard work she put into my home sale. She went above and beyond for me and assisted in aspects of my move that was in no way her responsibility to help with. She truly cares for her clients and I will miss having her as a neighbor and my realtor. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great agent to use Deb Wass.

Shannon was nothing short of amazing to work with throughout the home-buying process. She was always quick to respond to any of our questions, recommended beautiful homes, and was so supportive. We always felt like she had our family's best interest in mind and made us feel like we were the only clients she was working with. When we found out how busy she was we were even more blown away! I would recommend Shannon to absolutely anyone who is looking to buy a home.

The start was a little shaky. We were temporary living on west side of the state looking for a house on the east side of the state. Traveling, seeing, texting, calling got a little strenuous. Clayton brought us through, smooth out the wrinkles, removed the worries, and got us the house we were looking for (with help from GOD). Clayton is the perfect example of a professional, he is the best.

Deborah was very helpful in searching for a house in the area i just moved to. She honest in what she saw in the houses we viewed and used her experience to point out things i wasn't looking for. Would use her again if i get house into the house market.

Shannon went above and beyond what was expected of her as my agent. I was out of town most of the time going up to the sale as well as after and she handled all that was needed to be done. I was very happy with her as my agent and would use her again.

Deb had helped us buy our first house, and then our second house a few years later. (She even walked us through the process of renting out our first house!) She let us walk through our top picks, and then Showed us hers, Hers were way better. She knows what to look for in houses, potential problems and cheapskate fixes from unscrupulous flippers. Wouldn’t let us move into a bad neighborhood, She’s kinda like our mom. When a contractor took some important pieces of our ac system (just before closing) she worked with the seller to get us what we paid for. I’ve recommended her to several people in our church, and we will be doing business in the future too! Thanks deb!
