Shannon was the absolute best realtor we have ever worked with. She was always on time, was very knowledgeable of Comps, value, and just the general vibe that we were looking for. Contact Shannon, you will not be disappointed!!!! We cannot say enough nice things about her.

Shannon was an exceptional agent to work with. She found out early on what my preferences were and constantly looked out for homes that could work for me. She was a great communicator and always worked to find me answers to my questions. She stuck with me through a long search process and made sure to put my best interests forward. She has tons of experience and knowledge about things to look for and would give honest opinions about homes, locations, etc that really helped me make my final choice. She really cared about finding me the right house and not just any house. Would highly recommend working with Shannon if you’re looking for your new home!

Shannon was very diligent and knowledgeable in helping me find a home, not just a house. It was an arduous and lengthy time having to coordinate due to me moving from outside the state. Shannon ensured she always had everything g prepared, along with information and was willing to go the extra mile on every aspect. I would be glad to work with her again, as well as, refer her to others who need a professional and knowledgeable realtor! Thank you Shannon.

Clayton went above and beyond with myself and my girlfriend throughout the entire process. I work 3rd shift in an emergency department as a staff nurse, with my secondary job being for the National Guard. My girlfriend also works 3rd shift in an emergency department. Clayton catered to our hours of availability and worked with both of us to find houses that fell within our humble financial means while offering an objective perspective of the homes and the potential challenges they were likely to become. Although our first and second home choices were bought up by cash offers from likely house flippers, Clayton was able to act as our liasion and go to bat for us multiple times so that we could have a shot in buying the home we finally closed on.

Shannon was amazing to work with when buying my home. She made the process so easy. She has great communication skills and was available at all times to answer questions and got things done in a timely manner. She is so patient, kind, and professional. She was recommended to me by a family member that she helped buy a house previously and they had nothing but good things to say about her and she did not disappoint. Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home!
