We worked with Shannon to find a home in a rather large search area, and we could not be happier with the hard work she did to help us. We do not have a lot of experience with home buying, and Shannon was an incredibly valuable resource to have. Shannon understood every aspect of the home buying experience, and helped guide us through it. She has a vast knowledge of the real estate market, but also understands the structure of the homes she shows. Quite often while touring homes, Shannon would point out things that we had not noticed, whether positive or negative. We always felt we left the tours with an understanding of when we might have to think about replacing or repairing certain components of the home. She also shared knowledge of the various cities and towns that we looked at (and there were many!), and had useful information on important issues such as local taxes and water. Our search took a few months, as we were looking during a very difficult housing market for buyers. Shannon never pressured us, or tried to point us in any direction. As we learned what our priorities were, she learned with us, and adapted accordingly. When we came down with Covid during the process, she kept lines of communication open, and kept working for us during that time. Even when she had to take a few days off herself, she provided another agent to help us look at homes, and her staff continued to be available to us, so we never missed a beat. Shannon walked us through the process of making an offer, negotiating details of the deal, working with mortgage companies, and closing on our new home. She was always thinking several steps ahead of us. Even after closing, she continues to be a resource, helping us with advice and contacts for work we want to do on the home. If you are looking for someone to represent and work with you in a real estate transaction, you cannot do better than Shannon Jones!

After having been in our home for nearly 30 years, we felt like first time home buyers and Shannon was amazing. She patiently walked us through things and shared her knowledge of what to look for as we shopped until we found a house that fit what we wanted in terms of quality, area, and price. Shannon was as the title says the best someone could hope to have. Buying a house is stressful, but she helped us each step of the way. Not only with buying our new house but also selling our current one. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional. If by some crazy chance she didn’t immediately know the answer to a question we asked she found out and promptly responded to us. I’d give her more stars if I was able. We bought and sold a home with Clayton as our agent and I'm hundred percent certain that we chose the right realtor. Clayton's knowledge and insight helped to guide us thru the process of preparing our home we needed to sell and gently pushing us to price the house well above what we thought we could get for a home in a challenging market area. 32 hours - yes 32 hours was all it took for Clayton to present us with a purchase agreement from a buyer well within the price we listed the house for and he dealt professionally with the buyer's realtor with our best interest in mind. We handed the reins over to Clayton when it came time to bring in a photographer to obtain exceptional pictures of our selling property and aide in hiring an inspector for the house we purchased. Top notch selections both times. Thank you Clayton for a job well done.
