Clayton was super patient, and helpful. We seen a lot of terrible houses (I’m talking mold & mildew; pet pee smells; one house even had the roof falling in that we couldn’t see in pictures). Clayton was very polite and professional too. Always got back to me timely manner. I had one realtor who got kinda weird and assertive so I got rid of them, the other one took a month to get back to me about some houses I wanted to see, and another didn’t seem interested because I wasn’t willing to max out my limit. Clayton was everything I wanted in a realtor and more.

We were looking for a while for the perfect house. We lost quite a few due to the market but finally found one that had what we really wanted. Clayton responded to my messages in a timely manner and definitely made this experience worth while. Anytime I had a question about the process he could always answer and if he couldn’t he would get the answer right away. I would definitely recommend him and use him in the future if we ever decide we want something else. He definitely felt like he was part of our family.

Shannon knows the area and the market in the area very well. She was an invaluable asset in selling our home while we were in another state. She was very strategic with her listing and had property photographed and listed quickly with no errors. Her communication was quick and thorough and there was never a time in the process we didn't know exactly what was happening or what the next steps were. We sold the home in 2 days of listing for the amount we were wanting and she knew every detail of the process afterwords - when the inspection was going to take place, when the appraisal was hitting, everything. We purchased the home 10 years ago and Shannon was our buying agent then and our experience with her as a buyers agent was also amazing which is why we used her again.
