Shannon knows the area and the market in the area very well. She was an invaluable asset in selling our home while we were in another state. She was very strategic with her listing and had property photographed and listed quickly with no errors. Her communication was quick and thorough and there was never a time in the process we didn't know exactly what was happening or what the next steps were. We sold the home in 2 days of listing for the amount we were wanting and she knew every detail of the process afterwords - when the inspection was going to take place, when the appraisal was hitting, everything. We purchased the home 10 years ago and Shannon was our buying agent then and our experience with her as a buyers agent was also amazing which is why we used her again.

Clayton is a top teir realtor, and the best we have ever had. Our family was doing an interstate move to Michigan, and Veterans United linked us with him. We are grateful for this. He would go above and beyond to maintain communication with our weird situation of selling a home in a different state while trying to find a home ASAP in Michigan, during an insane housing market. He was in communication with our out of state realtors the whole time to avoid any unnecessary bother for information. He was on the ball with setting up viewings in the areas we requested. With the list of things we were looking for, Clayton presented some homes we never knew we'd fall in love with. Some very unique layouts and properties that were all great choices. We stated how we had family in a certain area of Michigan but work was in another. We never mentioned to him that for the right price and home layout we would live where we ended up buying.
