I have known Roberta for over 10 years personally, but this was the first time I had the opportunity to work with her professionally. Mine was a challenging purchase because of the homeowner being the realtor as well. Roberta had to put up with a lot of unprofessional behavior, while Roberta’s professionalism did not waiver. I was asked about a post-closing occupancy, but Roberta’s years of experience helped steer me away from any scenario that could put me in jeopardy. The realtor/owner rescinded several things she said she would do for me when she did not get her way. Protecting me from much greater risks is what Roberta’s priority was throughout this process. Rebecca delivers excellent service and knowlege. She uses up to date tools and tracking to reach a large audience. Paperwork was all electronic and easy to use with autofil sections in documents. Our property sold quickly and we got full price. We received a "buyer traffic" report weekly on all physical or virtural tours of the property. Rebecca is very professional and I love her tenacity.
