We met Carolyn on our 1 day visit to Sarasota in Jan and felt comfortable with her My wife flew approach. We stayed in touch through the spring and she kept us updated with new listings. When our house in St Louis sold quickly, we needed to move quickly to avoid 2 moves. With her assistance, we were able to find a home that met our needs...and was vacant. We closed on our house in St Louis on Jul 9 and by the time we arrived in Sarasota on Jul 11, the house was ours. She met us that aft with the keys and provided valuable information about relocating to this area. Definitely met our expectations and appreciate her professionalism.

After interviewing a couple other realtors in the area, we found Greg Krome and could not have found a better agent to sell our home! He is very knowledgeable of the area and the particular neighborhood. Greg is friendly, easy to talk to, and most definitely not pushy! From the very beginning, he was just on top of EVERYTHING. Our first meeting was a pleasant encounter where we learned the competition of the area and tips on how to obtain maximum sale price. Not to mention about 3 hours worth of questions we asked him.
