I have bought and sold multiple houses over the years and worked with many realtors. I have not received the excellent service in those transactions that I have had with Roberta. We spent many months searching for the right house, she handled it all with grace and style. She has tremendous knowledge about the real estate market in Sarasota. She is a shrewd businesswoman and negotiated contract bidding extremely well. She has a wonderful sense of humor which is such an asset. I recommend her without reservation. My husband and I highly recommend Jim Drews in South Florida. He is extremely responsive and experienced. Jim was able to narrow our search and show us homes that met our criteria as we had a limited time to look. Whether you are looking for a home on the beach or in a golf community, Jim is acutely knowledgeable and knows the area very well. He knows the courses well and what each golf community has to offer. There are a lot of things to consider as far as fees etc and he explained each of them well as we do not have some of those considerations in Indiana. He also is a terrific negotiator. We were very happy with the final price. He also helped negotiate some personal items as well. The whole process went smoothly and we are ecstatic over our new home! You can't go wrong working with Jim.

When our house in St Louis sold quickly, we needed to move quickly to avoid 2 moves. With her assistance, we were able to find a home that met our needs...and was vacant.
