Once we found the home we wanted, she was incredibly quick in getting the bid and counter-bids in and working with all parties to get closing finished as soon as possible. Chase is a very good example of a professional real estate agent. He is a friendly guy, very easy going and patient and truly helpful. He has excellent knowledge of the area, very good understanding of the market and the right skills to negotiate and get things simply done. It was about selling our condo, and all I can say he made this happen in a very smooth way. I was away in Europe and all the hard work was left for him to do. I am very pleased with the way he organized everything, from dealing with condo association to title agency. All my questions were answered in a timely and professional manner ( though it was not easy as we are 6 hours ahead in Europe) yet there was a smooth communication between us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional real estate agent in this area.
