Before Abigail was there to guide me, I was like one of those people in the infomercials who couldn't stack Tupperware, or coil a garden hose. My apartment windows leaked no matter how much FlexSeal I used. My life was full of Quicken Loan pop-up ads, and seedy open houses. Michele is a true gem in the real estate business. I met her at one of her listings that I wanted to take a look at and (after receiving 2 referrals for other agents to contact from friends) we decided to go with Michelle, based on my initial encounter with her. She's friendly, warm, easy to get along with and will go out of her way to help with any answers you need. She held our hand through the whole process....handled things that didn't necessarily need to be done by us, like getting a refrigerator repair person to come to the home we were in contract on...to make sure that everything was ok and do a small repair.
