Merle is an excellent real estate agent. Relocating from California to Sarasota, we had specific requirements around schools, room for a home office, neighborhood amenities & proximity to the beach. Plus only a short window of 5 days while we were in town to shop in person. The Friday we got to town, Merle set up multiple home viewings in the neighborhoods that fit our requirements. He pulled together realistic prices on each home we saw using his local knowledge of the Sarasota market and by Monday we were under contract on the perfect house for our family at a price under asking. We are now in a home that will fit our needs for years to come. We couldn't recommend Merle more. Before Abigail was there to guide me, I was like one of those people in the infomercials who couldn't stack Tupperware, or coil a garden hose. My apartment windows leaked no matter how much FlexSeal I used. My life was full of Quicken Loan pop-up ads, and seedy open houses. I was lost in the dark underbelly of internet based realty and I was having nightmares about the Shamwow guy offering me a 3/2 no CDD for 3 easy payments of $120,000. Life was difficult. I was ready to give up, but a friend offered me a business card with the picture of an angel shining bright and blonde. It was Abigail. I called the number, and her voice came down to earth from the Verizon satellite like a glowing ladder of hope. She met me at Starbucks to offer me a Hoodie Footie and coffee to warm up after my desolate journey of failed realty dreams. We talked about goals, and visions of clean home inspections. She compiled a list of potential homes, and wisked me away in her leather and Navvi chariot. Abigail was professional and courteous throughout my experience, as she helped find the perfect home. A home with strong construction, sustained value, and close to many points of interest. She saved my life, and my wallet. My mortgage payment is easy, my roof is new, and the AC hums along to the melody of America. I have my own castle now. My life is free from stress when I step through my front door. Marco is as good an agent as I’ve ever worked with. We have bought and sold a dozen or more properties in several states, and I have never met an agent who is more on top of things. Marco is a very nice and likable young man, and he is incredibly well organized, responsive and helpful. I flew in for a day and we picked out the property. After that, Marco took care of everything. He did a great job negotiating price, getting the inspection done, and dealing (electronically) with all of the transaction paperwork for closing. If there was a sixth star to award, I would give it to Marco.

Rod was referred to us via a relocation program offered by Better Homes and Gardens. Our home in NH sold very fast and we needed to find a home in the Venice area quickly. Rod skillfully guided us by asking a lot of questions to help narrow down our choices. This was done via email and phone conversations. I scheduled a quick trip down and we looked at 8 homes in 1 day and revisited 2. I was able to make an offer before heading back to NH in 3 days. This saved me a lot of time and money.
