We hired Merle as our realtor through the recommendation of a friend. He exceeded all of our expectations, and truly found us our dream home. He was extraordinarily patient with us, as well as peristent in the pursit. He was always on time to appointments, quick to respond to any message/email, etc, and always respectful to everyone involved. I know there are a lot of relators available, but this one will not let you down. If we ever buy or sell again, there's no question he would be our relator once more.

Merle is an excellent real estate agent. Relocating from California to Sarasota, we had specific requirements around schools, room for a home office, neighborhood amenities & proximity to the beach. Plus only a short window of 5 days while we were in town to shop in person. The Friday we got to town, Merle set up multiple home viewings in the neighborhoods that fit our requirements. He pulled together realistic prices on each home we saw using his local knowledge of the Sarasota market and by Monday we were under contract on the perfect house for our family at a price under asking. We are now in a home that will fit our needs for years to come. We couldn't recommend Merle more. He is a wealth of local knowledge and we couldn't have made the move without his insight and knowledge of the Sarasota real estate market. We can't wait to work with him again.
