When I called Michelle to ask if she was interested in taking a look at our house to see what we should do before we sold it. We had to do no more!!!! She meet us at the house and that's all it took. I gave her a key and we stepped back and she did the rest.She made all the arrangements to upgrade and had it all done and sold in less then 6 wks. I have never seen anyone move as fast as she did. She is the friendliest realtor and absolutely serious about getting your property sold. I'd never want to deal with anyone else after having such a great experience with Michelle Tanner. She is the best!!!!!!!

We were referred to Michele by a friend who had worked with her to purchase a townhouse in Sarasota. Thanks to Michele, we are now also the proud owner of a Sarasota property. As we are a Canadian couple, a lot of our work with Michele was done by email and telephone before we arrived in person in Sarasota. I cannot say enough good things about Michele: She is responsive, responsible, personable, a good negotiator and always available. She went above and beyond to give us a guided tour of wonderful Sarasota before we left to go home. Problems were immediately addressed. Her referrals to a lawyer and property manager and tradesmen were excellent. Particularly helpful was her ability to navigate us through a real estate purchasing process that is somewhat different from the one we are familiar with in Canada. Our overall experience of purchasing a real estate property in a distant city which we did not know well was a positive one in large measure because of the work of Michele Tanner. Abigail is an amazing person... she always responded with a smile and patient demeanor to my many questions and constant obsessing over details. There were even times she offered a shoulder for emotional support.
