Joselyne was amazing. We faced a lot of hurdles trying to find a home and Jocelyne was patient and helpful and informative. She was able to direct me to different resources and would update me on any changes or new information she received. She also answered all of my questions and, if she didn’t know an answer, she looked into it and found out instead of feeding me b.s. Without Joselyne I don’t think we would be in our home today. 2021 presented a difficult and competitive market, but she stuck with us and kept helping us. She was kind and patient, even when I went a little nuts and got frustrated. Every difficulty we ran into she was there with help and possible solutions. Amazing woman to work with; I am very happy we found her!

I hired Marco as an out of state buyer. He was incredibly professional, responsive and insightful which made things run smoothly for a long distance transaction. His knowledge base on Sarasota in particular and all of the little pockets within helped me navigate the available inventory to close the best deal. He helped me exit one deal after a really bad inspection report only to find a much better property within a weeks timing. Totally recommend him.

Becka was amazing throughout the entire process, which got very lengthy and dare I say irritating at times. Being out of state and trying to sell a house is pretty hard. There was a lot of things that needed to be done that would have required me to travel back and forth but Becka went above and beyond the typical duties I would assume a realtor would do. She assisted in getting logistics together to get those things done or did them HERSELF! What she did to help me through this was fantastic. When we hit bumps in the road she was right there with me dealing with it together. Becka is a great realtor and anyone would be lucky to have her represent them.
