Pam is not only a fantastic realtor, she is an excellent support system. ANYTIME there was a house we had questions about or wanted to see Pam moved fast as houses were flying off the market. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the house. These houses were on the market and then gone in just from a day to a couple of days, She was always working hard to make sure things like repairs were fair. Did you ever try and buy a house in an overheated market when you weren't very familiar with the area? That was us last spring in Sarasota. This was our first time selling a house and we could not have done it by ourselves. Elizabeth guided us through the entire process, answered all of our questions whether they were unusual or not. She was there when the fears came about moving and selling the house we had built and lived in for 30 years. She always had us focus on what we were doing going forward and that we would always have our memories. It was time to let someone else make some memories.
